Many people never take time to put a will in place. Yet planning wisely is one simple way we can love our families well and steward what God has entrusted to us this side of heaven. Scripture reminds us, “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children” (Proverbs 13:22). While that inheritance is certainly spiritual, it also includes caring responsibly for the practical needs of those we love.

For that reason, Crossroads Baptist Church is glad to offer our members a free opportunity to create a legal will, living will, and revocable living trust. The process is straightforward, secure, and most people complete it in 20 minutes or less.

As you prayerfully consider these matters, you may also choose to include Crossroads as a bequest in your plans. If you decide to do so, you can simply select “Crossroads Baptist Church of Porter" from the drop-down menu after choosing “My Church” during the will-creation process. This is entirely optional and offered as a way to extend faithful stewardship beyond our lifetime for the sake of gospel ministry.
